These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Life Book: Holy Bible app. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Using the app

You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use;
You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.

2. User account

To access certain features, you need to create an account via email, Google or Apple. You agree to provide truthful information and keep your account secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content

Bible text and other content are made available for reading, study and devotional purposes. Notes and highlights you create belong to you, but you grant us permission to store and sync them in order to provide the service.

4. VIP subscriptions and purchases

The app offers subscriptions (weekly, monthly and yearly) that remove ads and unlock exclusive features;
Purchases are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), depending on the platform;
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
Management and cancellation are done directly in your store account. See Support;
Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play policies.

5. Advertising

Free accounts may show ads. By using the app for free, you agree to the display of advertising provided by our partners.

6. Prohibited conduct

Using the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights;
Attempting to circumvent security mechanisms, ads or payments;
Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the app without authorization.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is”. While we strive to offer a stable and accurate service, we do not guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions or content inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Book is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.
